Maintain and update distributor-wise data on:· Primary sales· Collections· Secondary sales2. Prepare and compile outlet-wise market credit reports for all distributors3. Generate and circulate distributor ageing reports to track outstanding receivables4. Analyze and report on:· Outlet-wise sales performance· Industry classification of outlets· Competitor activities and trends5. Prepare and circulate monthly distributor summary reports, covering:· Sales performance· Collection status· Credit ageing analysisQualifications & Skills· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or sales reporting (preferably in FMCG or liquor industry)· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint for report presentation· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy· Skilled in preparing structured reports and converting data into meaningful business insights· Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
