This role blends design, content creation, and innovation—making you the creative heartbeat of our marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & ProductionLead creative vision across social, digital, web, and campaign assets — ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned outputTranslate campaign goals into compelling creative concepts for social, lifecycle, and funnel marketingBalance hands-on execution with strategic guidance for freelance/junior contributorsPartner with the Head of Marketing to define creative standards and performance benchmarksSocial & Content CreationIdeate, design, and produce static, video, and motion content across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, email, and moreDeliver engaging social-first content: Reels, memes, carousels, testimonials, story takeoversCreate multiple creative variations to support paid campaigns with the Growth Marketing teamStay ahead of design and content trends for fresh, engaging outputBrand, Web & Campaign Asset ProductionDesign websites, landing pages, and digital assets across the customer journey — from onboarding to retention initiativesProduce creative assets for emails, webinars, newsletters, reports, and sales collateralEnsure consistency with brand guidelines while building scalable templates for efficiencyAI-Enabled Creative & EfficiencyLeverage AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe AI, etc.) to accelerate and enhance productionBuild creative templates, workflows, and processes for speed and scalabilityTest innovative formats while maintaining qualityCollaboration & Cross-Team SupportAlign creative with campaign objectives and audience insights in collaboration with MarketingPartner with Tech on UX/UI initiatives where requiredSupport PR, editorial, and thought leadership projects with impactful visualsShare creative insights and learnings to improve resultsKey Skills & Qualities:Strong grasp of web/landing page design, social-first content, motion, and storytellingProven ability to design for paid, social, lifecycle, and video channels with measurable resultsComfortable using AI creative tools to accelerate ideas and productionOrganised, detail-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environmentGrowth mindset — eager to learn, adapt, and push creative boundariesWillingness to undergo background and social media checks (consent form provided to shortlisted candidates)Must provide an NBI clearanceHow Success is Measured (KPIs):Creative Delivery: Assets produced for 100% of planned campaigns, with at least one tested variant per campaignTimeliness & Velocity: 90%+ of creative delivered on time with multiple testable variantsBrand Quality: 100% alignment with brand and technical standardsCollaboration: Positive feedback from Growth Marketing, Brand, PR, and Tech teamsInnovation: At least one new creative format or trend tested per quarterEfficiency: New templates or AI workflows are developed quarterly to improve outputGrowth PathWe invest in our people.
