Senior Network Engineer – Dubai, Full TimeWe’re recruiting on behalf of a leading organization in Dubai for a Senior Network Engineer to join their growing IT Infrastructure team.This is a hands-on technical role responsible for managing complex networking and security environments across on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain enterprise network and security infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers, SD-WAN, VPN, WAF, and load balancers.Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex IP networks (LAN/WAN/WiFi) across data centers, offices, and cloud environments.Administer and optimize hybrid network environments — ensuring high availability, performance, and security.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on new technology rollouts, upgrades, and incident resolutions.Oversee patching, vulnerability management, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.Conduct capacity planning and leverage tools like Wireshark for advanced network diagnostics.Skills & Experience Required:6+ years of experience in network engineering, ideally within large or complex IT environments.Strong experience of working within a hybrid environment, with particular emphasis on strong experience with on-premises data centre environments.Strong hands-on expertise with Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, Cisco (Nexus/ACI/SD-WAN/Meraki).Good understanding of cloud networking and security (AWS/Azure).Familiarity with ITIL, QoS optimization, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Salary: CompetitiveBenefits: Family benefits (medical insurance, visa, flight allowance), life insurance, performance-based bonus, long-term stock option plan.
