Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to drive network improvements that ensure high availability and performanceResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructures including routing, switching, wireless, and data center networks.Lead advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex network incidents; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.Support network upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects from planning to execution.Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, ISE.Monitor network performance, uptime, capacity, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.Develop and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams, configuration guides, standards, and procedures.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for technical escalations and solution delivery.Contribute to improving network architecture, standards, and best practices.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.Professional-level Cisco certification (CCNP or higher) — required.Strong experience with Cisco routing & switching, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, BGP, OSPF, and multi-site environments.Experience with Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco ISE, WLC, and integration with security platforms.Solid understanding of network design principles, HA, redundancy, and performance optimization.Proven expertise in advanced troubleshooting, incident escalations, and root-cause analysis.Strong documentation and diagramming skills.Knowledge of automation (Python, Ansible) is a plus.Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
