China Life Insurance Company Singapore (CLIS) aims to cultivate a strong sense of belonging among all employees through a people-oriented corporate culture.Job Description:Develop strategic initiatives and implementation for Banca/FA channel to drive and achieve business objectivesProvide product and sales training, attend to inquiries, identify and narrow the competency gaps, track and update performance for our distributing partnersIndirectly manage, lead and influence distributing partners to collaborate, perform and deliver business objectives through daily engagementsRoutine updates on insurance industry, distributing partners’ performance, Company’s direction and initiatives, etcProvide review on distributing partners and proposals to improve relationship, collaboration and resultsEnsure timely response to complaints and provide amicable and effective resolutionEnsure that all activities and processes are in compliance with internal and external guidelinesGood teamwork and collaboration within department and with other departments.Take on ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Head of DepartmentJob Requirements:Have a Diploma or Degree in related fieldCMFAS qualifications (M5, M9, HI etc) would be preferredMinimum of two years' experience in the life insurance and financial services industry, with exposure to cross-border business operationsGood written and oral skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)Self-driven with good business acumen and results-orientedGood interpersonal and communication skillsAdaptable, receptive, willingness to learn, team player, self-motivated and positive
