Required Skill SetServe as a key agent of change, responsible for supporting strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing the branch network.Capable of handling the rollout of new branch models, digital tools, and optimized processes to enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.Proactive and tech-savvy professional with a strong understanding of branch banking operations and a passion for innovation.Strong understanding of banking software, digital channels, and emerging fintech trends.Proficient in MS Office, data analytics, and dashboard presentations.Skilled in data analysis and using data-driven insights to support decision-making.Experience in project coordination, implementation, performance monitoring, and reporting.Deep understanding of and passion for improving the customer experience.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end execution of branch transformation projects, including the rollout of new digital branches, kiosks, and smart banking zones.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Marketing, HR, Facilities) to ensure seamless implementation of transformation initiatives.Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and presentation materials for management.Analyze existing branch processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and digitization.Support the design and implementation of new, streamlined workflows to reduce turnaround time and enhance the customer journey.Understand and support the deployment of new digital platforms and in-branch technologies (e.g., self-service kiosks, tablet banking, CRM systems).Gather feedback from branches on technology usability and report issues to the relevant IT teams for resolution.Act as a liaison between the central transformation team and the regional/branch network to facilitate clear and effective communication.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for transformed branches, including transaction migration, customer satisfaction (NPS), staff productivity, and cost efficiency.Prepare regular performance dashboards and reports to measure the success and ROI of transformation projects.Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify successes and areas for future improvement.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university, or an equivalent professional qualification.Location: LahoreExperience: Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
