Upwork Bidder / Business Developer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Expert to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of proven experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr.The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, and maintaining strong client communication to ensure successful project acquisition and delivery.Key Responsibilities:Write customized and professional proposals for clients on Upwork and other freelance platforms.Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical or business solutions.Generate leads and convert them into successful projects.Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimates and timelines.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.2–3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.Strong understanding of web and software development services (e.g., .NET, Next.js, PHP/Laravel, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).Ability to draft professional, client-focused proposals.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Professional and friendly work environment.Opportunity to grow with an expanding software company.
