Job Description

This role ensures the operational rhythm of Aarong’s PMO—driving updates, tracking milestones, and maintaining data integrity across a dynamic portfolio of numerous projects.Job Responsibilities:Maintain real-time initiative dashboards and progress reports.Collect departmental updates and summarize actionable insights for PMO leads.Document meetings, capture decisions, and follow through on commitments.Conduct market and competitive intelligence to support project planning.Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and status briefings.Proactively identify inefficiencies in tracking systems and propose improvements.Support process documentation and knowledge management for evolving PMO needs.Safeguarding Responsibilities:Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business/Engineering/Economics or related fields) from any reputed university.Experience:Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or data reporting roles.High attention to accuracy, structured communication, and analytical consistency.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Asana).Salary and Benefits:Salary: As per company policyBenefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Performance Bonus, Health & Life Insurance, and others as per organization policyJob Location: Dhaka, BangladeshApplication Deadline: November 19, 2025BRAC believes that everyone we work with including our staff, programme participants, partners, and the communities have the right to be protected from all forms of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA).
