Senior Officer/ Officer, Business Development, Bancassurance

Key responsibilities:Develop and promote business through bank channels, while providing support to partner bank branches for existing bancassurance collaborations;Drive team performance to achieve business goals and assist in the formulation of various sales plans;Conduct market research and channel analysis, including benchmarking aganist peer products;Provide comprehensive sales support across different levels and build long-term, effective relationships with key stakeholders winthin banking partners;Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of relevant experience;Previous work experience in local insurance/ banking industry is preferred;Strong interest and committment to developing a long-term career in the insurance sector;Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills, with proven ability to work effectively under pressure;Possess certain business network resources; good at communicating with local bank customers;Self-motivated, result-oriented, with strong execution capability, customer service skills and problem solving skills；Highly proficient in MS office applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint);Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Internal grade: Assistant Manager/ Senior OfficerInformation supplied will be treated in strict confidence and used in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
