You will design and implement initiatives in areas such as change management, performance management, career pathing, and employee engagement, directly contributing to building a high-performing and future-ready culture.Qualifications·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. A master's degree or OD certification is a plus.·       5+ years of experience in Organization Development, Human Resources, or a related strategic HR role.·       Strong knowledge of OD principles, including change management methodologies, performance management systems, talent review, and succession planning.·       Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and influence leaders.·       Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to identify organizational needs and measure the impact of interventions.·       Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead projects independently.·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
