The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns. The Specialist will also assess client needs, identify market opportunities, conduct training sessions, and contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain relationships.Proven experience in Sales, including strategic planning and execution.Proficiency in English is a must.Expertise in Sales Management and training team members to meet objectives.Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with the advertising and marketing industry is an advantage.Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
