该职位来源于猎聘 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing whole division with the below responsibilities: 负责全品类商品企划计划,职责如下:Responsible for category level investments that hit the tops down product strategies and financial plan inclusive of sales, discount , margin and inventory from division to department. 结合产品策略和财务计划(包含销售,、折扣、利润和库存),输出品类层面投资规划。Collaborate with the merchant team to develop and communicate a comprehensive pre-season strategy that aligns financial and product opportunities. 与商品团队协作,整合财务目标及产品机会,制定全面的季前产品策略。Identify shared and specific market category opportunities to maximize growth areas and manage risk for the business. 识别品类机会,最大限度地扩大增长领域并管理生意风险。Build category assortment plan, and plan depths by cc, by category and by channel. Finalizing and executing buying plans. 规划品类结构,规划渠道、品类、款式维度的商品采买深度,进行渠道采买数量的最终确定和执行。Partners with CRM/channels on commercial calendar aligned with product investment. 与CRM/渠道协同合作,结合产品投资等规划全年活动日历。Analysis of historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities to drive more sales or control stock levels. 分析销售表现以及趋势预估,追踪更多销售机会或者控制库存风险。Responsible for delivering a flexible and responsive approach to inventory management, inventory optimization through the Open to Buy process. 在OTB过程中提供灵活、能快速相应的库存管理、库存优化的工具。Drive profitability through leading and executing promotional and markdown strategies which align with divisional and brand financial goals 主导和执行符合公司财务目标的促销和降价策略,提高盈利能力。Recap and analyze business results vs expectations and immediately develop risk mitigation plans as needed to resolve 回顾和分析生意结果与预期的对比,并根据需要立即制定降低风险的计划。 CORE COMPETENCIESAbility to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable recommendations to Drive for Results 能够评估财务和业务指标,并将数据转化为可操作的建议以推动结果。Keep Customer Focus in mind when making decisions 以消费者为中心。Accountability: Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple deliverables and priorities 责任心:有能力按时完成任务,能够协调优先级,管理多个工作任务。Collaboration & Influencing: Ability to build constructive relationships with a broad range of business partners; can present ideas and direction that lead others to action 协作和影响力:能够与业务合作伙伴建立良好的合作关系;能否提出想法和方向,引导他人采取行动。 Minimum Experience:Minimum 3 to 4 years Planning experience 至少3-4年Planning相关工作经历 Four year college degree or equivalent required 全日制本科及以上学历
