Build strong relationships with internal teams to gather feedback and champion platform capabilities.Speak the language of APIs, infrastructure, data models, and cloud architecture.Bridge business needs with technical realities.Monitor industry trends, emerging tech, and competitor platforms to inform strategy and spark innovation.Define and track KPIs for platform adoption, reliability, and developer satisfaction.Articulate platform capabilities and roadmaps to technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.What You BringBachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)5+ years in product management, with 2+ years focused on platform, API, or infrastructure productsProven success launching platform products that delivered measurable business valueStrong technical foundation—cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, data systems, and SDLCSharp analytical skills and a data-first mindsetExceptional communicator and collaborator across all levelsComfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced environmentsExperience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)Bonus PointsHands-on experience with technologies like Kubernetes, Kafka, GraphQL, or ML platformsCybersecurity expertise in SaaS environmentsIndustry experience in FinTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, or SaaSPassion for building and nurturing developer communitiesWhy Join Us?This is more than a job—it’s a chance to build something foundational.
