About The TeamThe Regional Marketing team drives strategic initiatives that shape Shopee’s presence across Southeast Asia and Taiwan. We develop cross-functional marketing strategies and execute high-impact projects that strengthen Shopee’s position as the leading e-commerce platform in the region.Job DescriptionLead and execute high-impact regional marketing initiatives across multiple markets, channels, and workstreamsSet clear objectives and milestones, monitor execution, and deliver results on time.Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to tackle priority challenges using pragmatic, data-led problem-solvingRun both quantitative and qualitative analyses to surface actionable insights that improve day-to-day marketing operations.Build scalable, effective reporting routines aligned to business priorities and available data sources.Evaluate marketing spend and cost structures; recommend budget allocations that maximize ROI and accelerate growth.Bring rigorous analytical thinking and a hands-on, proactive approach to drive measurable outcomes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or aboveMinimum 2 years of working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firmExcellent communication skills Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to manage complexity across teams and regionsData-driven, structured thinker who can translate analysis into strategyComfortable operating in a dynamic with multiple priorities
