Supported by national innovation programs, SEPAR is now expanding its core team to establish reuse supply chains and prepare for pilot implementation.Role DescriptionThe Senior Procurement Manager will lead the identification and integration of reused structural components into new construction projects. The role focuses on analyzing upcoming developments, coordinating with general contractors, and matching reuse materials with project specifications. Responsibilities include developing sourcing frameworks with partners, managing tender documentation for reuse applications, and ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and certification requirements.QualificationsProven experience in procurement or pre-construction within a general contractor or developer contextUnderstanding of tendering and project acquisition processes in constructionStrong negotiation and contract management skillsKnowledge of material standards and regulatory frameworks in SwitzerlandAnalytical and structured approach to project coordinationExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related fieldAbility to work autonomously in a startup environment
