Crypto activity exploded in 2025 (e.g., assets +90% QoQ, trading volume +161% QoQ), with heavy focus on secure, regulated features. To fuel this growth, Futu is actively hiring Web3 talent- like product managers, developers, and compliance roles-building an innovative, compliant edge in digital assets.Role Overview Responsible for the end-to-end product development journey within the Web3 trading product team. Gain and share thorough insights into trading preferences and user patterns across key operating markets. Spearhead the development and rollout of crypto trading and related offerings. Design and architect robust, scalable trading infrastructure (from upstream to downstream). Drive market launches and ongoing improvements to the platform's trading usability, UI/UX, usage & transaction volumes, MAU vs. Competitors.Key Responsibilities Manage overall trading interface operations, encompassing product architecture, user interaction processes, and frontend functionality enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations. Perform detailed investigations, incorporating user input and data-driven observations to iteratively refine the overall product interaction. Handle product strategy: Outline and implement the product timeline, skillfully prioritize functionalities, and propel the attainment of key commercial targets to bolster expansion in the trading market. Gather requirements and synthesize solutions: Collect business, operational, and compliance requirements, and develop flow solutions/mechanisms in collaboration with development teams. Establish trading & settlement and asset/fund flows within the firm's securities systems, covering upstream and downstream operations, along with related compliance requirements. Collaborate with business and operations teams to resolve issues, including regulatory interpretation, discussions on compliance requirements, and vendor/supplier selection. Collaborate with the PMO office: Work with the Project Management Office to clarify Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and establish indicative timelines for products and features. Develop detailed PRDs: Furnish comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) in partnership with all stakeholder teams during the building phase. Guide the full product lifecycle: From initial requirements gathering and conceptualization through to coding and deployment, collaborating intimately with UI/UX designers, developers, and cross-functional groups. Regularly monitor advancements in leading trading exchanges, conduct routine competitor evaluations and customer studies, and stay informed about evolving sector dynamics and marketplace shiftsRequirementsRequirements Bachelor's degree or above in STEM field; overseas study or international experience preferred. 1-3 years of experience (Product Manager) or 3+ years (Senior Product Manager) in the Web3 industry. Proven experience with trading & settlement and asset/fund flow systems, designing end-to-end solutions rather than isolated product modules. Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Strong communication and teamwork skills
