Designed to handle messy data, fragmented systems, and people-intensive workflows, our platform is already proving its versatility.We're hiring a senior product leader to own critical delivery while shaping our next chapter. You'll drive execution for our AP Finance product, lead the product evolution, and incubate a new product line for logistics —from discovery to zero-to-scale. This is a senior Individual Contributor role with the remit to mentor other PMs and model product leadership.What You'll DoDeliver Enterprise-Grade AP Finance: Partner with cross functional teams to ship core features for enterprise customers with crisp execution and measurable outcomesOwn the Product Vision for AP Finance: Define the product vision and roadmap to transition AP Finance; lead net-new build where neededMarket expansion in logistics: Work directly with our Commercial teams to conduct market discovery/validation and take a logistics-focused offering from concept to MVP to scaleLead Through Influence: Set quality bars, mentor PMs, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data/ML, and GTM. Get engineering love!Leverage AI in the Workflow: Apply modern AI tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and product operations; guide responsible AI productisationWhat We're Looking ForStartup Product Management fintech experience in SaaS (payments, AP/AR, treasury, or adjacent)Hands-on builder mindset; proven track record partnering deeply with Engineering (engineering background a plus)Strong execution delivering enterprise features at pace with high qualityAI-savvy PM: fluent with new AI tools for product work; experience shipping AI-powered features in production (ideal)Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to lead without formal authorityWhat's it like working at Raft?You will report into our VP of Product Management, Adi ZellnerYou'll be part of a close-knit product and design team based in London.
