About UsWe are a retail and institutional Islamic brokerage start-up based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our mission is to provide a world-class trading and investing platform that empowers both individual investors and financial institutions to access global markets in a Shariah-compliant way.We’re building a platform that combines modern fintech infrastructure with Islamic finance principles delivering simplicity, transparency, and trust to users across the region and beyond.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape and deliver our regulated trading and investing platform across both B2C and B2B products.The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech, trading, or wealth management, and a strong understanding of how to build user-centric, compliant, and scalable financial products.This role involves working closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and cross-functional teams to define the roadmap, manage feature delivery, and ensure seamless product execution across consumer experiences and partner integrations.You will translate strategy into delivery — turning regulatory, business, and user needs into products that drive engagement, compliance, and trust.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & DeliveryWork with the CPO to define and deliver the product roadmap for both retail and institutional offerings.Own the end-to-end execution of new features, improvements, and integrations.Translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable specifications.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with engineering, design, compliance, and operations to deliver quality releases.Coordinate with external partners — including banks, fintechs, and regulators — to align on requirements and timelines.User Experience & QualityEnsure every feature enhances clarity, performance, and trust.Use data and feedback to continually refine user journeys and improve product adoption.Compliance & TransparencyEmbed Shariah and regulatory requirements into product design and execution.Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain product integrity across all markets.Analytics & OptimisationDefine and track success metrics for new launches.Identify opportunities for optimisation across both consumer and partner products.RequirementsExperienceMinimum 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, trading, or wealth management.Proven track record of delivering multi-stakeholder or regulated financial products.Experience managing both consumer (B2C) and partner (B2B) features or platforms.Technical & Domain SkillsUnderstanding of financial systems, APIs, and trading platforms.Experience with KYC/AML, regulatory workflows, or licensed fintech environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable using data to drive decisions.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.Structured, organized, and delivery-oriented.Self-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Direct collaboration with the CPO and founding team.Opportunity to shape the next generation of ethical investing technology.Mission-driven culture built on trust, innovation, and impact.Flexible remote work and career development opportunities.If you are a skilled product manager with a passion for building transparent, compliant, and impactful financial products, we’d love to hear from you.
