Meanwhile, Sika leads the field in total bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing and protection solutions for bus, truck and rail vehicle manufacturing, and for the assembly of appliances, industrial equipment and building components.Sika Kimia Sdn Bhd currently employs more than 340 people in Sales & Marketing, Technical Service, Finance, HR & Administration, Laboratory, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service and Warehouse.Job DescriptionTo supervise day-to-day production & maintenance activities to achieve the desired product quality, productivity and maintenance department.Main TasksTo organize and allocate manpower for productionTo ensure plants are operated at optimal level with minimal down timeTo ensure production records are properly filled in and maintained for every batchTo ensure QC samples are sent from plant to laboratory at required intervals for testing purposesTo check all incoming raw and packaging materials to ensure both the quantities and qualities are in orderTo keep QC retained samples as per Lab requirementTo assist in plant repair and maintenanceTo maintain good housekeeping of the plantTo ensure EHS compliance as per Sika policyEnsure day-to-day maintenance department work plans are carried out and machines run smoothlyEnsure plants well-kept by following the plant maintenance plan.Ensure implement ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015.Ensure all safety process procedure are implement and practice.B.
