Senior Production Planner

Department: Production & Planning Location: Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad CTC: ₹5.0 LPA – ₹7.0 LPA Education: BE/B.Tech / Graduate / Diploma – Mechanical Experience: 5–6 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise VMC shop floor operations and ensure smooth production.Develop and execute Mastercam 2D & 3D programming for machining processes.Plan manpower allocation and optimize resource utilization.Manage machine loading as per PPC production schedules.Prepare DOD (Date of Delivery) reports for scheduled orders.Drive new process development and continuous process optimization.Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions promptly.Ensure quality control and maintain documentation as per standards.Required SkillsExpertise in Mastercam programming (2D & 3D).Strong knowledge of VMC shop floor handling and production supervision.Proficiency in manpower planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.Familiarity with quality control standards and documentation practices.
