R&D-Process Development (DSP)

Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & execution of downstream processing of plasma products.Running various chromatography steps and UF/DF for protein purification.Executing pilot scale batches to generate product for stability studies.Responsible for preparation of documentation like R & D BMR, TTD and other reports.Record keeping of raw data related to R & D experiments inclusive of lab and pilot scale.Responsible for implementation of new strategies for improving existing product.Calibration of equipment related to downstream processing.Scale-up of downstream process model.QualificationsM.Sc/ B.Tech/ M.Tech Biotechnology, Life Sciences.3- 8 Years of experience in R&D, Process Development, Downstream process.Knowledge of plasma , biologics, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
