Job Title: Senior Program ManagerLocation : New York City- Hybrid( 3 days onsite)Type: Full TimeIndustry- Financial ServicesYou’ll partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Business to plan, manage, and execute programs that shape our CRM vision. This role is key to setting PMO best practices, ensuring on-time delivery, and aligning stakeholders across the enterprise. What You’ll Do:Lead program planning, governance, and execution for Project.Manage multiple workstreams, budgets, and vendor relationships.Build executive-ready updates, dashboards, and roadmaps.Drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.Support portfolio-level prioritization and strategy for the Sales Domain.What You’ll Bring:5–7+ years in program or product management within tech or CRM domains.Experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and PMO frameworks.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP or similar certification preferred.Bachelor’s (Master’s a plus) in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
