Location: Merida, MexicoDepartment: Construction / Project ManagementReports to: Project Manager / Senior Project ManagerType: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support project execution from pre-construction through close-out.This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple active projects, maintaining documentation accuracy, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting field and office teams in all project phases.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationSupport Project Managers in coordinating design, construction, and inspection activities.Help manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones across multiple projects.Track meeting minutes, action items, follow-ups, and deliverables.Technical & Administrative SupportManage documentation, including submittals, RFIs, logs, and project correspondence.Assist with permitting, expediting, and inspection processes to keep projects moving.Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, vendors, and city officials.Field & Stakeholder SupportAssist in resolving field-related issues by gathering information, coordinating resources, and following up with teams.Ensure clear and timely communication across all stakeholders.Maintain organized and accurate project documentation at all times.Qualifications2+ years of experience in construction or project management (Owners Rep, GC, or Construction Management firm preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam and Procore project management platforms.Experience supporting permitting, inspections, and expediting processes.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).Positive, resourceful attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Why should you be part of our Talented Team?5 Days Work-week.Legal Benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Aguinaldo, Prestaciones.Birthday leave (1 Day)Monthly Gym BenefitWe will give you the tools you need to make your work happen!We will always promote a work-balance culture.Intangibles Talent is an equal-opportunity employer.
