The Role: Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the Supervision, Management, control and delivery of complex projects to the satisfaction of their clients. You will assist in the definition of the project scope & objectives, create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule, measure project performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.Your duties will include risk management, relationship management, and a lot of client management in this client-facing position. You will ensure budgetary objectives are met and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Requirements:Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management5+ Years in a Project Management positionExperience in client-facing roles neededMust have a track-record in delivering projects from planning through to hand-overPrevious exposure to managing teamsShould understand the value in building and maintaining internal & external relationshipsMust be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.
