Job Title: Sr. Project ManagerSkills: Project Management, Technical Project ManagerExperience: 11+ yearsLocation: HyderabadWe at Coforge are hiring Sr. Project Manager with the following skillset:Candidate with 11+years of industry experience and strong expertise in the Banking & Financial domain (preferably Asset and Wealth Management).Key Requirements:Technical background (preferably Java) – not just an operational managerExposure to latest technologies (GenAI, GHCP, etc.)Experience in proposals & RFPsProven track record in managing/delivering diverse programs: Development, Modernization, Migration & Support.Commercial constructs – Managed Services, T&M, Capacity & FMStrong understanding of financials (Revenue Recognition, Margin, Invoicing)People management experience (teams of 40–50+)Client management expertiseExcellent communication skills
