You will lead and deliver impactful research and development projects, collaborating closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders at our client and their parent company. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality software and hardware solutions. You'll thrive in this fast-paced environment if you are passionate about leading ambitious projects and have a deep understanding of the automotive industry. You'll be working alongside highly skilled professionals and benefit from a collaborative and supportive team culture.■Main tasks include・Lead the development and execution of R&D projects focusing on driving and riding safety, map rendering, and UI toolkits.・Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and project success.・Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules aligned with key milestones.・Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.・Manage project budgets and resources effectively.■Requirements・5+ years of experience in project management within software and/or hardware development.・Business-level English& Japanese proficiency. ・Strong understanding of software development processes.・Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira).・Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.・Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.・While experience in the automotive industry is preferred, it's not mandatory for candidates with a strong track record in relevant fields.■IndustryBig Data, AI, Deep Learning, New Technology , Automotive■Annual salary12M - 16M YEN■Bonus YES (12.5% included in annual salary)■JOB ID: VAC-271777*Apply via Randstad's website via the button above.
