Reporting to the Head of PMO (who reports directly to the CEO), you will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This hands-on role collaborates closely with senior leaders and is key to shaping Home Credit’s future.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead projects end-to-end: From Discovery to Delivery, lead important initiatives that deliver real value to Home Credit’s customers and transform how we operate.Portfolio Management: Ensure projects align with business goals and help leadership prioritize projects that deliver the most value to our customers.Ensure alignment: Clarify goals, processes, and plans. Run regular project sync ups to keep stakeholders aligned and collaborating effectively.Manage risks & change: Highlight challenges early with viable solutions and help teams adapt to changes effectively in a highly regulated environment.Communicate with impact: Provide clear, concise, and compelling project updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and building trust. Escalate issues early and demonstrate ownership by actively driving all stakeholders towards resolution.Beyond project delivery, you’ll help strengthen the PMO by:Coaching and mentoring junior team members.Sharing expertise and promoting best practices.Leading internal initiatives to continuously improve how we work.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree (Business, Finance or IT preferred) and a recognized Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP or similar).5+ YOE in leading complex projects across multiple teams.Background in financial services, banking, fintech and/or a heavily regulated industry is an advantage.Experience with IT projects (integration, digital platforms, data analytics etc.), or coaching experience is a big plusStrong in Waterfall and Agile, with full lifecycle delivery experience.
