Senior Project Manager – Solar & BESS (International)Join a fast-growing renewable energy company at the forefront of the energy transition in Europe. With over a decade of experience, we specialize in developing, building, and maintaining large-scale solar farms and integrated energy solutions—including battery storage (BESS), EV charging infrastructure, and energy management systems. Active in the Benelux, France, Germany, and Scandinavia, we’re expanding rapidly and looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead international projects that drive real impact.Your ImpactAs Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of complex solar and BESS projects—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and safety standards. You’ll be the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multidisciplinary solar and BESS projects up to €25 millionManage site managers and project teams across multiple countriesEnsure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standardsOversee procurement, planning, and execution phasesMaintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultantsMonitor progress, budgets, and technical performanceTravel internationally twice a month to supervise and adjust project executionDrive continuous improvement in project delivery and operational efficiencyYour ProfileYou’re a strategic and hands-on leader with a passion for renewable energy and a track record of delivering complex technical projects internationally.Requirements:HBO or university degree in electrical engineering, physics, or mechanical engineering5+ years of experience managing large-scale technical projects; BESS experience is a plusProven international project experienceStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English; German is a plusCategory B driving licenseInterested in learning more or know someone who might be a fit?Send your CV to thembi.veto@jdrossenergy.com or Click Apply
