Senior Project Manager (PMO)

Location: Chennai (Onsite)Experience: 6 to 10 YearsKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking and delivery.Drive project governance, status reporting, resource planning and risk management.Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high quality and stakeholder communication.Track and manage project tasks and progress using JIRA or similar project management tools.Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business and leadership teams.Good Presentation and communication skills.Maintain clear documentation of business requirements, timelines, deliverables and dependencies.Required Skills & Competencies:Strong experience in Project Management in Software Development projects.Hands-on experience in JIRA for tracking tasks, issues and sprint progress.Practical working experience in SCRUM / Agile frameworks.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:Certification: PMP / CSM / Agile Certified is a plus.Experience: Working with international clients.
