This means being at our company offices for team meetings or at a client's site.How You'll Shape Our SuccessAs a Senior Project Manager, you will have a key responsibility for leading the successful delivery of a wide range of complex solutions and transformation projects for our clients. The position is highly adaptable and provides the opportunity to liaise with senior stakeholders across client businesses to execute on their own specific requirements. While supporting more junior level project management and other technical colleagues and helping develop their skills and experience.The key areas of responsibility for a Senior Project Manager include:Project ManagementStakeholder ManagementMeet Qodea's Senior Level expectationsWhat You'll Do:Project ManagementDeploy a wide range of solutions, ranging from complex infrastructure migrations through to data platforms and custom application developmentCoordinate the delivery of end-to-end projects in line with agile methodologiesHelp to establish templates, policies, tools and partnerships to support Qodea's continued growth, which may include negotiating and managing commercial agreementsDrive continual improvements across the Project Management team and, where applicable, the businessApply Qodea's high quality standards across all projects and areas of work, taking accountability for delivering projects in rapid timescales and within challenging budgets, consistently achieving the target marginAssist our colleagues in Sales to produce high quality statements of work that minimise risk during deliveryAptitude at working in agile environments, as well as coordinating internal teams against external demands while reacting appropriately to dynamic circumstancesStakeholder ManagementEngage at a senior level with clients and partners, including with C-level executives to build and develop strong relationshipsCoordinate key internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex projects to meet the company's business objectivesTracking the impact your work has on your individual stakeholders, while maximising transparency and accountabilityDocument and present to both internal and external stakeholders making the delivery approach, progress and project health clear.
