You’ll oversee operations, guide junior property managers, and help drive process improvements and profitability across residential and/or commercial portfolios.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior property managersOversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and escalated issuesManage leasing activities, including advertising, applicant screening, and lease preparationEnsure compliance with lease terms and handle tenant disputes professionallySupervise vendor coordination for maintenance and larger renovation projectsCollaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and operational enhancementsOversee financial performance, draft budgets, and track resultsWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required)Previous experience managing or leading a property management teamProficiency with AppFolio or similar property management softwareAvailable to work in U.S. time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer2️⃣ Property ManagerIf you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy handling tenant relations and administrative tasks, this role is a great fit.
