Job DescriptionJob Title Sr Supply Chain Finance Lead – GBSBand B11Location Mexico City, MexicoPosition at a GlanceThe Senior Supply Chain Finance Lead will be a key leader in our Mexico City Global Capability Center (GCC), overseeing a team of finance professionals dedicated to supporting the North America Supply Chain Finance organization. This role bridges regional operations and strategy, ensuring financial visibility, accuracy and insights into critical supply chain areas such as manufacturing and logistics. As a senior leader within the GCC Supply Chain Finance team, this role will not only deliver high-impact financial analysis but also coach and develop a team of finance professionals.The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of Supply Chain Finance (including SAP month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and audit readiness) with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading operational finance initiatives.What’s on Menu? Develop and implement financial strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings across the supply chain, including manufacturing and logistics; Provide financial leadership and guidance to the supply chain organization, ensuring alignment with global finance strategies and objectives; Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities across the supply chain, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis; Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across the supply chain finance function; Collaborate with stakeholders across North America to design and implement financial initiatives and projects; Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain finance performance and identify areas for improvement; Manage, coach and develop a team of approximately 24 people;Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you!
