Job Description

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager with solid experience in luxury hotel operations and all-inclusive environments. The role is responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and administrative functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring consistent service quality, guest satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.Main Duties • Lead day to day F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business and guest service targets • Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and financial forecasts • Ensure adherence to food-safety regulations and internal quality standards • Support training, coaching, and development of the F&B leadership team • Coordinate with vendors and oversee service during peak business periods • Monitor service quality and implement continuous-improvement actionsRequirements • Proven F&B management experience in luxury all-inclusive hotels • Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, culinary trends, and cost controls • Experience in banquet and event operations • Advanced English (additional languages a plus) • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field • Strong leadership, communication, and service-orientation
