The customer's collective solutions enhance productivity and help clients deliver better experiences for end consumers.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Python, Postman, SoapUI, and JMeterDevelop and execute automation for UI, API, integration, component, performance, load, regression, and data quality tests with comprehensive pipeline integrationBuild test suites leveraging non-UI automation such as SOAP/REST APIs, microservices, backend components, workflow processes, workflow automation steps, scheduled jobs, and data pipelinesImplement cross-browser and cross-platform testing solutionsDevelop automated performance and load testing solutions to validate reliability, capacity, scalability, and failover behavior of systemsAnalyze test results and collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to triage issues and drive fast resolutionProvide technical guidance to improve system architecture for performance, reliability, and scalabilityParticipate in testing pre-production and post-production releases, reviewing results, identifying risks, and approving deploymentsStay current on modern automation tools, development technologies, cloud capabilities, and emerging quality engineering practicesUse SQL to validate test data, set up test cases, and validate backend behavior through direct database queriesWork across functional teams in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment to ensure test automation is aligned with business goalsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation, Performance Testing, or Software DevelopmentStrong proficiency with test automation frameworks, UI automation, API automation, and performance/load testing toolsSolid understanding of relational databases and ability to write complex SQL queriesStrong grasp of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, with experience embedding automated tests into DevOps workflowsExperience building and executing large-scale automation test suites across multiple products or servicesKnowledge of Azure Cloud Ability to work effectively across teams including Development, Product, DevOps, and ArchitectureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologiesLegal & Hiring InformationExadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and moreReasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functionsPlease note: this job description is not exhaustive.
