You’ll play a vital part in maintaining product quality, driving automation initiatives, and embedding quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements. Develop and maintain test plans, test strategies, and execute both manual and API testing to ensure performance and reliability. Implement and improve test automation frameworks and pipelines for continuous quality assurance. Drive quality initiatives early in the development cycle, fostering a quality-first culture within the team. Mentor peers on automation practices, testing methodologies, and contribute to shaping quality strategy.RequirementsHard skills: A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, with at least 3 years in test automation. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright (preferred), or Selenium, RestAssured, or similar. Strong test design skills (risk-based, boundary/value analysis, data-driven). Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools. Experience with performance testing (e.g., k6, JMeter) and basic security testing is a plus. Familiarity with AI testing and Azure DevOps or cloud service platforms is an advantage.Soft skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both engineers and project stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Growth mindset — eager to learn new technologies and domains.
