Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Education/ Experience And Skills RequirementWillingness to work in the UK or US shiftsGraduate in engineering, technology, computer science, or related fieldOver 6 years of professional work experience in software testing and quality assurance – both manual and automatedExperience in testing website content and web applicationsProficiency in different types of functional and non-functional testingExposure to test automation frameworks (for e.g., Selenium WebDriver and TestNG) and relevant code librariesAbility to work independently as a test engineerSound understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practicesAbility to adapt to changes and learn new tools and practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of financial services (preferred)ResponsibilitiesUnderstand content and software requirements and implement quality assurance best practicesHelp create test cases and test data for automation and/or creation, enhancement and debugging; execute automation test cases (manual/automated)Report and analyse defects while working closely with content teams and developersPerform analysis of test results and track software-testing metricsCoordinate with senior members to help prepare test reportsExecute regression tests and contribute to change management practicesCommunicate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop solutionsImplement and adhere to coding standards and best practices
