If you are a dedicated professional looking to join a dynamic team working with global leaders, we encourage you to explore the exciting opportunities that await you with us.Job DescriptionEnsure the quality, reliability, and usability of complex cloud-based applications.Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development process to provide timely feedback on features and improvements.Analyze existing QC processes and recommend improvements to enhance software quality.Develop a deep understanding of product functionality and user flows, including partner integrations and edge cases.Communicate effectively across departments to support continuous improvement and high-quality product delivery.Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans.Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues.Troubleshoot and analyze issues to determine root causes and propose appropriate solutions.Required skills & ExperiencesBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.5+ years of experience as a QC engineer or in a similar role.Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.Proficiency in writing and maintaining test cases based on functional requirements.Experience in API Testing.Intermediate-level SQL knowledge.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience working collaboratively in Agile teams.Experience or research in test automation frameworks and tools is a plus.Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and regular expressions is a plus.Benefits & PerksAttractive Salary & Benefits, full salary in probation.Performance appraisal twice a year, 13th-month salary.Healthcare and incident insurance.16 Paid Leave days / year (12 Annual Leave, 02 Summer Leave ,01 Birthday Leave & 01 Christmas Leave).Company trip, annual year-end party, team building activities.Diverse careers opportunities with Software Services, Software Product Development.Working and growing in a value driven, international working environment and standard Agile culture with passionate and talented teams.Various training on hot-trend technologies, best practices, and soft skills.Free in-house entertainment facilities: football, table football, PS, badminton, trekking…coffee, and snacks (instant noodles, cookies, candies…).
