📢 We're Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor📍 Location: Dubai🕒 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our commercial and cost management activities across multiple construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost control, contract administration, tendering, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.✅ Key Responsibilities:Lead cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and preparation of BOQs for various construction projects.Manage tendering processes, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.Prepare and review contracts, variations, claims, and cost reports.Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial progress to ensure cost efficiency.Prepare interim payment applications and review subcontractor payments.Conduct regular site visits to verify progress, quantities, and adherence to project specifications.Identify potential risks and implement cost-saving strategies.Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and the commercial team to support project delivery.Ensure compliance with contractual terms, industry standards, and company policies.Mentor and support junior QS team members.🎓 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 7–10 years of QS experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a senior role.Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred), cost control, and project financial management.Proven experience in managing procurement, variations, and claims.Advanced proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and QS software is an advantage.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.✅SkillsAdvanced cost estimation & budgetingContract administration & claims managementTender preparation & bid evaluationRisk analysis & cost controlLeadership and team coordinationStrong commercial and analytical acumen______________For interested candidates 📩 Send your CV to secretary@etlad.com
