Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong Project Management, Data Analytics, and ICT skills for immediate engagement.The ideal candidate will play a key role in cost planning, project coordination, and performance reporting across multiple housing projects within the Bungalow City, Dei-Dei development. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, manage, and monitor cost estimates, BOQs, and valuations.Provide cost and progress reports, ensuring projects are within budget and timeline.Utilize data analytics and project management tools for effective planning and reporting.Prepare presentations and executive briefs for management.Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams on cost control and progress tracking.Support project decision-making with data-driven insights and financial analysis.Ensure adherence to standards, quality, and contractual obligations.Key Requirements✅ B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying (Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage)✅ 15+ years post-NYSC experience, with strong background in mass housing projects✅ Proficient in Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)✅ Skilled in Data Analytics (Excel, Power BI, or related tools)✅ Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills✅ Strong ICT proficiency and ability to work with digital systems✅ Highly organized, analytical, and result-oriented
