The company is dedicated to helping clients make informed property decisions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager, located in Ikeja. The Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate team activities, and ensure the achievement of set targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, training and mentoring team members, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skillsExperience in property marketing, sales, and client relationship managementStrategic planning, goal-setting, and performance evaluation skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesProficiency in report writing and the use of relevant business toolsAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience in the real estate or property industry is an added advantage
