💼 Senior Recruiter – Events & Experiential Hiring📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🕓 Contract Type: Full-Time 🚀 Start Date: Immediate🌍 About Talent BluePrintTalent BluePrint is a specialist recruitment agency headquartered in Dubai, operating across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.We are a trusted talent partner for major sporting, cultural, and experiential events — from football tournaments and beach games to large-scale festivals, exhibitions, and brand activations.Our team thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, managing hundreds of freelancers and event professionals for iconic projects.We are now expanding and seeking a Senior Recruiter — a powerhouse of energy and precision — who can deliver results under pressure and bring top-tier talent to world-class events.🎯 Role OverviewAs a Senior Recruiter, you’ll lead end-to-end (360°) recruitment across multiple event projects in the Middle East — covering roles in operations, production, overlay, branding, hospitality, logistics, accreditation, and technical (AVLX).You’ll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding exceptional professionals while building and maintaining an active database of freelancers and full-time hires.This role demands speed, structure, and creativity — perfect for someone who loves events, enjoys networking, and thrives on closing multiple roles each week.⚙️ Key Responsibilities🧭 1. End-to-End RecruitmentManage the entire recruitment lifecycle — briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.Handle 40–50 active positions per week across various departments and client projects.Liaise with project leads and hiring managers to define priorities and recruitment timelines.🔍 2. Advanced Talent SourcingMaster LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-ray sourcing to identify top candidates.Build and maintain a freelancer database segmented by role, skill, and availability.Create proactive pipelines for upcoming large-scale events and activations.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor movements, and market rates.🤝 3. Candidate EngagementMaintain strong professional relationships with freelancers and full-time candidates.Update their availability and project preferences regularly.Conduct screening and video interviews, ensuring strong cultural and technical fit.Negotiate offers and contract terms with clarity and confidence.Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.📊 4. Reporting & ATS ManagementUpdate all records in ATS (Workable, Recruiterflow, or LiveForce) with accuracy.Track and report KPIs such as time-to-hire, conversion ratio, and offer acceptance rate.Prepare weekly recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership and client updates.🧩 5.
