We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and a keen eye for identifying top talent to join us as the sole recruiter in India. As a vital member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will prioritize delivering exceptional candidate experiences, collaborating with key stakeholders, implementing best practices, and attracting exceptional candidates to support our organization's growth and success.This position is remote position based in IndiaThis role reports to the Director of Talent AcquisitionWhat You Will OwnLead a full cycle recruiting process as the sole recruiter in IndiaMeet with Hiring Managers on a regular basis to review pipelines and strategize the hiring processPartner closely with leadership across departments to understand, define, build talent profiles, and sourcing strategies to ultimately hire top talent for Weave.Take a data-driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipelineContribute to the growth of Weave's recruiting function by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the teamSource and identify passive people to build Weaves teams through the use of boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniquesNegotiate offers and ease candidates through the process of joining WeaveFocus on inclusive recruiting practicesCollaborate with HR and Finance on req management processWhat You Will Need To Accomplish The JobIn house SaaS recruiting experienceCalendar flexibility to work cross functionally with US team members/ hiring managers (European Hours)6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in an in-house setting (SaaS a plus)Excellence and direct communication styleExperience with an applicant tracking systemProven ability to be a strategic sourcer and closerProven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managersBackground of developing creative recruiting strategies with a focus on building an employer brandPassionate about Weave's product and opportunityUnderstanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisionsWhat Will Make Us Love YouExperience working for a United States based companyExperience supporting a range of job profiles and adapting to shifting prioritiesPrevious startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Ashby (our Application Tracking System)Knowledge of Linked In Recruiter & Talent InsightsKnowledge of Workday (Our HRIS System)BS/BA degreeWeave is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and supported.
