This includes prepare supporting schedules to Corporate Consolidations Group.Support Regional Controllership in month-end close activities and work closely with countries finance to resolve month end close issuesReview intercompany matching reports and work closely with countries finance in resolving imbalance issuesSupport quarterly APAC Balance Sheet reviewSupport Working Capital Reporting and analysisSupport Global Finance projectsIdentify areas of improvement and drive consistency of current processesHow This Opportunity Is DifferentWe are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Senior Regional Accountant at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. Come on board and reap the rewards.Skills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessQualified finance professional (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA, etc)At least 5 years of accounting experience in Controllership, preferable in MNC and regional environmentKnowledge of US GAAP preferredExperience in monthly close processGood understanding of intercompany accounting or transactionExperience in Workday system and Power BI will be an advantageAdvanced level in Microsoft Excel skillsResponsible, passionate, self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervisionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBusiness proficient fluency in EnglishMeticulous and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong teammate with ability to handle across multiple geographies and cultureHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
