Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the assigned,working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver recruitment solutions on time.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through targeted sourcing techniques, job fairs, networking events, and strategic use of social media platforms.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruitment strategies through targeted sourcing techniques, job fairs, networking events, and strategic use of social media platforms.Screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates (CVs) to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with the job requirements.Resolve recruitment-related conflicts or misunderstandings between Chinese and Thai staff, strong soft communication skills, and cross-cultural.Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders by aligning people strategies with business goals, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and cultural alignment across Thai – Chinese working environments.Work with Chinese management to ensure alignment with corporate standards while maintaining legal and cultural suitability in Thailand.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Experience: At least 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-growing or manufacturing environment (automotive industry is a plus).Proven experience as a “recruitment business partner” or “recruitment lead” able to partner with different departments and lead full recruitment cycles.Strong negotiation skills, experience closing offers effectively with candidates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to handle cross-cultural communication, especially between Thai and Chinese teams.Problem-solving mindset: ability to mediate and resolve conflict between hiring managers (especially when there are cultural or policy gaps).Data-driven: able to measure recruitment KPIs, analyze recruitment metrics, and propose improvements.Language: Fluent in English is required; ability to communicate in Chinese / Mandarin is a strong plus.Our benefits:Fixed BonusVariable BonusProvident Fund (Employer contribution ranges from 3% to 8%, based on years of service)Phone Allowance depends on Job LevelMeal AllowanceOvertime Meal AllowanceBirthday AllowanceWedding Congratulations AllowanceNewborn Gifts AllowanceEmployee Funeral AssistanceFuneral Assistance for Employee Family Members.Group Health includes IPD and OPD coverage (Enhanced mental health coverage), Accident, Life, and Dental Insurances - Coverage begins on the employee's start date.5 working days (Monday-Friday)Annual leave (Starts at 7 days, increasing to a maximum of 15 days, based on years of service)Marriage LeaveFuneral Leave for family membersChildcare LeaveWorking Location: G Tower, 22nd Floor, North Tower Rama 9
