A leading Chinese-listed intelligent electronic equipment materials company with offices in the USA, Singapore & Thailand is recruiting Finance Manager in Rayong with attractive benefits.We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead our HR and administrative functions in our manufacturing operations in Thailand. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's business objectives and support the company's growth in the Thai market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies accordingly.Manage and optimize the company's administrative functions, including facilities management, office services, and procurement.Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates to support business needs.Implement and manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to management on HR metrics and initiatives.Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to address HR-related legal matters.Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Provide strategic HR advice and support to management and staff across all levels of the organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and employment regulations. Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in Thai and English; Chinese language is a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing a team and leading cross-functional projects.
