Your ContributionAs a Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. You will work closely and collaboratively with the General Manager, Human Resources to drive the execution of HR strategy and ensure alignment with the group. You will provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, while driving performance management and leading HR communications.Work closely and collaboratively with the General Manager, Human Resources to execute HR strategy and ensure alignment with the group.Act as an HRBP consultant to management on human resources-related issues.Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Drive employee performance management processes (Annual Bonus & Merit Increase) in SuccessFactors and manual systems for both direct and indirect employees.Support organizational change initiatives and help manage transitions smoothly.Promote a positive work culture aligned with global values.Lead or support employee engagement initiatives.Act as the central point of contact for HR & GA issues, assisting with various HR services (e.g., payroll, engagement, employee relations).Demonstrate knowledge of HR Mini Master and SuccessFactors systems (Talent Cycle & Recruitment Process).Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR projects.Manage, handle, and prepare payroll-related documents (new employees, SSO input data, provident fund) and input data into HRM, HRCI, Mini Master, and P-File systems; work closely with the HR Service MSTH team.Provide consultancy on compensation & benefits and support monthly reporting to CO and relevant departments.Lead HR communications.Monitor and control HR & GA budget.Support problem-solving for HR & GA team to ensure smooth operations.Liaise with government agencies to apply and implement the White Factory project.Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Human Resources.Your Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources roles.Good proficiency in English communication.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.Knowledge of HR Mini Master and SuccessFactors systems is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Thermal and Fluid Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. – Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya.Our OfferingWe will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
