Combined with our dynamic approach to serving clients in a digitally driven world, our expertise in Audit & Assurance, Tax, Legal and Advisory services have seen us work with renowned companies to help them solve complex challenges, steer changes, disrupt sectors and grow.As part of Employer Branding under Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in building a relationship with universities, represent KPMG at campus events, and enhance brand awareness, create and manage engaging content across platforms to promote KPMG’s identity and Facilitate onboarding, manage recruitment logistics, and assist with HR projects and process improvements.Responsibilities University Engagement & Employer BrandingBuild and maintain strong relationships with universities, institutions, and professional associations to identify and attract high-potential candidates for internships and full-time opportunities.Represent KPMG at campus events, career fairs, roadshows, and presentations. Actively contributes to initiatives that enhance KPMG’s brand awareness among students and academic communities.Serve as a trusted ambassador for KPMG, ensuring all interactions reflect our values and contribute positively to our brand identity. Company Branding & Social MediaCreate, edit, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Engage with Universities, take part in roadshows, give presentations and other firm activities that lead in promoting KPMG branding and build brand awareness to universities and students.Act as a steward for the KPMG brand and help contribute positively and creatively to the KPMG identity and values. HR Support & ProjectsConduct and facilitate orientation and onboarding processes for new hires both new joiners and trainees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Lead logistical support for recruitment activities, data tracking, coordinating with external suppliers, and so on.Support Human Resources Department activities and/or projects such as HR process improvement initiatives, employee engagement, and other ad hoc projects as required.QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in humanities, psychology, business, marketing or any related field.0-2 years of recruitment experience (New grad is also welcome).Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, you must value teamwork and be able to get on well with many types of people.Ability to embrace technology platforms and keen on using social media. Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for various platforms.Strategic thinker who can work independently and creatively – someone who can “go an extra mile”.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.Strong project management and process skills - an ability to be structured, practical and detail oriented is essential for this role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Video editing tools.Good command of spoken and written English.
