Position:HRBP_INP RegionLocation:Park Silom BangkokLanguageEnglish & ThaiWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our human resources initiatives with business objectives. This role serves as a consultant to management on all HR-related issues, acting as the catalyst for talent development, organizational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to define role requirements, ensure a positive candidate experience, and secure top talent for critical positions.;Lead and facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires to ensure rapid integration and engagement.Support the annual performance review cycle, guiding managers on goal setting, constructive feedback, and development planning.;Implement and communicate global HR programs and policies effectively within the business units.;Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, secure, and efficient working environment.Policy Compliance: Ensure the office complies with all health, safety, and other applicable regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HRBP or similar HR role.Comprehensive knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent management, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, and relevant employment laws.Proven experience in a multinational corporation or a complex, matrixed organizational structure is essential.Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate HR solutions with a strategic, data-driven mindset.Superior communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with employeesProactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing
