Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and support all product training programs for the network, including but not limited to the following:Product training: seasonal trainings and strategic product focused trainings Identify training requirements and develop training materials to suit each storeDesign and develop effective focused training modules for in-store morning briefings and digital trainingStrategically plan product training to support the retail teams to drive performances in key metiersSupport store openings, Retail animation and ad hoc event when necessaryActively participate in training seminarsTraining reporting including but not limited to training nomination sheets, training registers, regional training reporting and global training reportingBe the liaison for Hermès international training department and the regional training teamContribute feedback and share best practices on product training related topicsDevelop effective training programs to improve retail performancePromote self-learning culture for retail teams to advance learning of our products, heritage and know howRequirements & Capabilities:Fluency in English and Thai, with the ability to deliver sessions in both languagesPassionate about training, extensive product knowledge, and a good understanding of retail trendsIn-depth knowledge of luxury brand standards, products, and client expectation is a plusClear and confident presentation and communication skills to ensure productive training sessionsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft PowerPointAble to demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitaskWorks autonomously and proactively"Créateur, artisan et marchand d’objets de haute qualité, Hermès est, depuis 1837, une maison française, familiale et indépendante qui emploie près de 25 185 collaborateurs dans le monde.
