Embodying exquisite design and outstanding hospitality, La Miniera is dedicated to creating memorable The People & Culture Manager at La Miniera Pattaya will manage all HR functions, with a strong emphasis on legal compliance, policy development, and documentation. In addition to overseeing recruitment, performance management, and payroll, this role will require the creation of departmental manuals, employment contracts, and company policies. The manager will also ensure the business adheres to labor laws and other legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including onboarding new employees.Performance Management & Development: Manage performance reviews, feedback, and employee growth initiatives.Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and policy compliance.Policy & Legal Compliance: Develop and write comprehensive departmental manuals, position descriptions, and employment contracts. Set and update company policies in line with legal requirements.Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and communication channels (newsletters, memos).Cooperate with FC and other HODs to uplift the culture, issue new policies, and manuals.Set new standards and polish protocols among team members across every department.Training & Development: Ensure staff training programs are implemented and updated regularly.Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Understand and ensure compliance with local labor laws, including visa and work permits for expatriates.Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment, terminations, turnover, and other HR-related metrics.Staff Activities & Engagement: Organize team-building activities and staff events.Environment: An Integral part of creating and encouraging a non-toxic, drama-free culture.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment, performance management, and legal compliance.Skills:Strong writing skills for manuals, contracts, and internal documents.Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in English and Thai, with strong computer literacy.Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and portfolio (where applicable) to: 📧 hr@laminierapattaya.com
